Artist Studio Tour

Jack Storms studio tours are available by appointment only. If you would like to meet the artist and learn a little bit more about his work, please contact us and we will be happy try and make it happen! THE STUDIO IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC OTHERWISE.

Jack Storms Pricing & Purchase

The prices of Jack Storms’ glass sculptures range between $6,000 and $100,000+. It will depend on the design, size and intricacy. Small pieces will usually be under $15,000. Medium pieces range between $15,000 and $25,000 and Large pieces range between 25,000 and $100,000+.

Limited collection pieces start at $20,000.

It can take the artist from 6 weeks to several years to create each of his fine art glass sculptures and can take longer for large custom sculptures. Special commissioned artworks can be made upon request and start at $30,000.

Forms of Payment & Financing

Storms Fine Art Gallery accepts the following methods of payment:
– All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover
– Bank Wire Transfers
– Money Orders
– Cashier Checks
* Cashiers Checks, wire transfers, and money orders must clear before items can be shipped.

Layaway: If you are looking to purchase one of our available artworks but is not in a hurry and would like to make payments overtime we offer a wonderful layaway program.

A down payment of approximately 40% of the total purchase price will enable clients to secure an item. The value of our artist’s artworks prices fluctuate and our inventory changes frequently so this will guarantee you an artwork you want at the agreed upon price. Installment payments can be made over a time frame of up to 6 months (or more in some instances). Once the balance is paid in full we will arrange for delivery or pick up.

Financing Options: We offer 6 or 12 months special financing with approved credit through Wells Fargo.  The amount you are approved for is based on your personal credit history and finances. This option is only available for US residents and you must be present in our Los Angeles gallery to apply. Checks, wire transfers, and money orders must clear before items can be shipped.

Taxes

A sales tax of 8.750 % is only collected on orders pick up at the gallery or shipped to addresses within California state. For orders shipped abroad, the client is responsible for local duties and taxes.

Shipping Information

All in-stock artworks are processed and shipped within five business days. We do ship internationally to all addresses across the world. The client is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by your local government. Storms Fine Art Gallery is not responsible for any of these charges so please check the rates ahead of time.

All of our artworks are shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx. These costs will be added to the total order price. Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery.  Please note Storms Fine Art Gallery cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper’s part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

If you would like to ship your item to an address other than the one listed on your credit card, you must place the address on file with your credit card company. Doing so will protect you from fraudulent charges. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. Gallery pickup can also be arranged for any item purchased online.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your artwork from Storms fine Art Gallery, standard in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of first delivery attempt. The artwork must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any custom commissioned artworks (any items that we do not usually keep in stock or that have to be custom made.). At Storms Fine Art Gallery, we are confident that you will be thrilled with your artwork; however, if the item is not to your liking or specifications, we feel that 14 days is enough time to evaluate your purchase.

Custom made or specially ordered pieces are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.  

To refund an in stock item, you must first speak with your art consultant at Storms Fine Art Gallery to obtain a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number, the item will be shipped back to the sender. Your return package should include the item, along with any packaging and documents that came with it. Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it to our address at Storms Fine Art Gallery contact page. Please note that Storms Fine Art Gallery cannot be responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

Once the item is received by Storms Fine Art Gallery, our quality assurance department will inspect the merchandise. After the item is verified, we will issue a refund in the same way payment was made. Please allow up to seven business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.
